Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 168, requiring the state to                                                              
provide and allow submission of an electronic application for certain                                                           
state benefits, was enrolled, signed by the President and Secretary,                                                            
Speaker and Chief Clerk and the engrossed and enrolled copies
